Discover a gentle, hands-on approach to supporting the body's natural ability to adapt, regulate, and heal. In this experiential course, you'll learn practical Cranial Sacral techniques that can be used as a stand-alone session or seamlessly integrated into your existing bodywork practice.

Together, we'll explore how to assess and address restrictions throughout the cranial sacral system, including the head, spine, sacrum, and surrounding connective tissues. Through guided practice, you'll develop greater palpation skills, learn to recognize subtle patterns of tension, and build confidence working with a lighter, more responsive touch.

Cranial Sacral Therapy can be especially valuable for clients experiencing headaches, jaw tension, stress-related patterns, nervous system dysregulation, chronic pain, and the effects of prolonged physical or emotional strain.
