Participants will explore fascia as the body's interconnected support system and learn how to release restrictions using a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization techniques. Emphasis will be placed on safe, step-by-step methods locating restrictions, applying effective release strategies, and maintaining therapist body mechanics.
