In this class, you will learn specific strategies for helping your client and gain a more in-depth understanding of what chronic pain is and how it differs from acute pain. You will also learn integrated approaches to help your client break the pain cycle as well as how to prevent acute injuries from becoming chronic. Please bring a set of sheets and wear loose, comfortable clothing for this class.
