Bradford Nicarry

My body/mind/spirit journey began in 1991 with Tang Too Do (karate). I began teaching weekly karate classes in 1996, and achieved the rank of E Dan (2nd Degree Black Belt). My martial arts journey led me to yoga, tai chi and enrolling in massage therapy school.

Expanding on my disciplines and anatomy knowledge, I graduated in 2004 from the Baltimore School. My post-graduation credentials include: Thai Massage, Therapeutic Stretch, Massage Cupping / Gua Sha, Sports Stretching, Lomi Lomi, Warm Bamboo Massage.

In 2007, I began training 5-Animal Style Kung Fu and attained the advanced Brown Sash level.

By 2008, I was teaching weekly yoga classes in Lancaster, PA, leading to my 2012 completed training for “Floating Yoga,” with one of the top touring/performing aerial dance groups in NYC and Rhode Island.

In 2013, Float Yoga of Lancaster opened in Lititz. Offering Massage Therapy and Aerial Yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa flow and various other styles of yoga.

In 2014 - I became certified to teach Continuing Education classes with the NCBTMB

Heather Labe

Heather has had a long interest in helping others find pain relief.  She began giving massages in high school to friends with sore muscles. She enrolled in formal training at Northern Virginia Community College's Massage Therapy Program.  Upon graduating, she started her own business traveling to clients for in-home massage therapy.  Her focus is on helping clients reduce feelings of stress and ease chronic pain.

She is licensed in clinical massage therapy in Virginia and trained in: Deep Tissue Work, Facial Massage, Integrative Reflexology, Pregnancy &  Postpartum Massage, Scalp Massage, TMJ Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.
